Designed for ease of use, this lightweight and compact model is ideal for various cleaning tasks around your home. Please read these instructions carefully before initial operation and keep them for future reference.
2. Safety Information
Always observe basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury.
- Safety Valve and Motor Stop Function: The unit is equipped with a safety valve and a motor stop function to protect against overload. The motor will automatically stop when the trigger gun is released, and restart when pressed.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure the power supply matches the specifications of the unit (100V, 50-60Hz). Do not operate the unit with damaged cords or plugs.
- Water Connection: Never connect the unit directly to the public water supply without a backflow preventer.
- Personal Safety: Always wear appropriate protective gear, such as safety glasses, when operating the high-pressure washer. Do not direct the water jet at people, animals, or electrical equipment.
- Filter: The internal filter prevents debris from entering the pump, ensuring smooth operation and extending the unit's lifespan. Regularly check and clean the filter.

4. Setup
Follow these steps to prepare your high-pressure washer for operation:
- Connect the High-Pressure Hose: Attach one end of the 5-meter high-pressure hose to the high-pressure outlet on the main unit and the other end to the trigger gun. Ensure connections are secure.
- Attach the Nozzle: Insert the 1-jet nozzle into the trigger gun and twist to lock it in place. The nozzle can be stored on the back of the main unit when not in use.
- Connect Water Supply: Connect a water supply hose (not included) to the main unit's water inlet using the provided coupling. Ensure the water supply is turned on.
- Self-Suction Capability: The K2 Classic supports self-suction, allowing it to draw water from a static source (e.g., a bucket or tank) if a tap connection is unavailable. For self-suction, a separate filter and self-suction hose are required (not included).
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable 100V electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
Once the unit is set up, follow these steps for operation:
- Turn On Water Supply: Fully open the water tap.

- Turn On Power: Switch on the high-pressure washer. The motor will start, and the unit will build pressure.
- Begin Cleaning: Direct the 1-jet nozzle towards the surface to be cleaned. The nozzle produces a fan-shaped spray, suitable for various cleaning tasks such as washing cars, bicycles, windows, and screens.
- Detergent Application: The unit features a detergent suction hose, allowing for easy application of cleaning agents. Insert the suction hose into a container of Karcher detergent (or suitable alternative) to draw it into the water stream.
- Stopping Operation: Release the trigger gun to stop the water flow and motor. For extended breaks, turn off the power switch and the water supply.
