2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup and Charging

4.1 Wired Heating Pad Setup

1. Unpack the heating pad and controller.
2. Ensure the connector on the pad is securely plugged into the controller.
3. Plug the power cord of the controller into a standard electrical outlet.
4. Position the heating pad comfortably on your neck, shoulders, back, or other desired area.

4.2 Cordless Heating Pad Charging

1. Locate the charging port on the cordless heating pad's battery unit.
2. Connect the provided 12V/2A DC charger to the charging port.
3. Plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet.
4. The battery indicator light will show charging status. Charge fully before first use.
5. A full charge typically provides 3-8 hours of continuous use depending on the heat setting.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Wired Heating Pad Operation

1. Power On: Press the power button on the controller to turn on the heating pad.
2. Adjust Heat Setting: Use the temperature control buttons to select one of the 9 heat settings. Start with a lower setting and increase as desired.
3. Set Auto-Off Timer: Press the timer button to cycle through the 11 auto-off timer options (0.5H, 1H, 1.5H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 6H, 7H, 8H, 9H). The pad will automatically shut off after the selected time.
4. Power Off: Press the power button again to turn off the heating pad. Unplug from the outlet when not in use.

5.2 Cordless Heating Pad Operation

1. Wear the Pad: Place the cordless heating pad around your neck and shoulders. Adjust the collar using the sticky cloth and Velcro for a comfortable and secure fit.
2. Power On: Press and hold the power button on the control unit to turn on the heating pad.
3. Adjust Heat Setting: Press the heat setting button to cycle through the 3 available heat levels (Low, Medium, High).
4. Set Auto-Off Timer: Press the timer button to select an auto-off duration (15, 30, or 60 minutes).
5. Low Battery Indicator: The indicator light will signal when the battery is low, prompting you to recharge.
6. Power Off: Press and hold the power button to turn off the heating pad.

• Cleaning: Disconnect the heating pad from the power source (and controller for wired pad) before cleaning. The fabric cover can typically be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
