Setup
Unboxing
- Carefully remove all components from the product packaging.
- Inspect the foot massager and all accessories for any signs of damage.
Power Connection
- Connect the provided UL Listed Power Adapter to the power input port located on the back of the foot massager.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
Remote Control Preparation
- Before first use, remove the clear plastic battery tab from the remote control to activate the battery.
Operating Instructions
Placing Your Feet
- Sit comfortably in a chair or on a sofa.
- Place your feet into the foot chambers of the massager. Ensure your feet are centered for optimal massage contact.
Using the Control Panel (LCD Touchscreen)
- Power Button: Press to turn the massager ON. The red light will flash, and the green light will stay on. Press again to turn OFF all functions.
- Knead Button: Press to cycle through kneading intensities: Green light (low speed), Blue light (medium speed), Red light (high speed). Press again to turn off kneading.
- Air Button: Press to cycle through air compression intensities: Green light (low intensity), Blue light (medium intensity), Red light (high intensity). Press again to turn off air compression.
- Heat Button: Press to cycle through heat levels: Green light (113°F), Blue light (122°F), Red light (131°F). Press again to turn off heating.
- Timer Button: Press to select massage duration: Green light (15 minutes), Blue light (20 minutes), Red light (30 minutes). The massager will automatically shut off after the selected time.
Using the Remote Control
- The remote control provides convenient access to all functions available on the LCD touchscreen.
- Use the corresponding buttons on the remote to power on/off, adjust kneading, air compression, heat, and timer settings without bending over.

Maintenance
Removable Foot Covers
- To maintain hygiene, the foot covers are removable and washable.
- Unzip the foot covers from the massager.
- Machine wash the covers on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
- Allow the covers to air dry completely before reattaching them to the massager.
Unit Cleaning
- Ensure the massager is unplugged from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the massager with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water. The unit is made of water-resistant ABS material, but it is not waterproof.

Troubleshooting
- Unit not powering on: Check if the power adapter is securely connected to both the massager and the electrical outlet. Ensure the remote control's battery tab has been removed.
- Massage feels too intense or too weak: Adjust the kneading and air compression intensity levels using either the control panel or the remote control. Start with lower settings and gradually increase to your comfort level.
- Heat function not felt: Ensure the heat function is activated. Allow a few minutes for the heating elements to warm up.
- Unusual noises or malfunctions: Discontinue use immediately and unplug the device. Contact KNQZE customer support for assistance.
