4. Product Overview

5. Setup
5.1 Power Supply
The monitor can be powered by either 4 AAA batteries (included) or via the provided USB cable.
- Using Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the device and insert the 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
- Using USB Power: Connect the USB cable to the monitor's USB port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer.

6.1 Applying the Arm Cuff
- Ensure your arm is bare or has thin clothing.
- Place the cuff on your upper left arm, approximately 0.8-1.2 inches (2-3 cm) above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the inside of your arm.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, ensuring it is not too tight. The index line on the cuff should fall within the 'OK' range.

6.2 Taking a Measurement
- Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
- Remain still and silent during the measurement.
- Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will automatically inflate, and the measurement will begin.
- Once complete, your systolic (SYS), diastolic (DIA), and pulse (PUL) readings will be displayed on the screen.

6.3 Dual-User Mode
The monitor supports two users, storing 120 readings for each. To switch between User 1 and User 2, press the SET button when the device is off. The user icon (1 or 2) will change on the display.


6.4 Memory Function
To review past readings, press the MEM button when the device is off. Each press will cycle through stored measurements for the currently selected user.
