Setup Guide

1. Charging Your Device

Before first use, fully charge the hearing aids and the charging base. Place the hearing aids into the charging base. The charging base will indicate charging status.

  • Flashing Light: Devices are charging.
  • Flashing Percentage: Charging base is charging.
  • No Display: Fully charged devices.

2. Selecting and Installing Ear Domes

Choose the ear dome size that provides a comfortable and secure fit in your ear canal. Gently push the selected dome onto the hearing device's sound outlet until it is firmly attached.

3. Wearing the Hearing Device

Insert the hearing aid into your ear canal, ensuring a snug fit. The device should sit comfortably and securely.

4. Connecting to Bluetooth

To connect your Lyra hearing aids to a smartphone, TV, car, or laptop:

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  2. Press and hold the button on the hearing aid for 3 seconds to switch between "Hearing Mode" and "Bluetooth Mode".
  3. On your phone or device, search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Lyra" or "L120" to pair.

5. App Connectivity

Operating Instructions

Smart One-Touch Control

The Lyra hearing aids feature a single multi-function button for easy adjustments:

  • 1 Click: Increase/Decrease Volume (short press).
  • 2 Clicks: Switch Program Modes.
  • Long Press: Switch between Bluetooth and Hearing Modes.

Maintenance

Cleaning Your Hearing Aids

  • Use the provided cleaning brush to gently remove any earwax or debris from the ear domes and the sound outlet.
  • Wipe the hearing aid body with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Replace wax guards as needed to prevent blockages.
  • Do not use water or cleaning solutions directly on the hearing aids.
