Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
- Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
- The indicator lights on the case and/or earbuds will show the charging status. Refer to the indicator light section for details.
- Charging time for the case is approximately 2 hours. Earbuds charge within the case.

2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device
To connect your earbuds to your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged and inside the charging case.
- Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing LED lights on the earbuds.
- On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
- Search for available devices. Select "Grundig Earbuds" (or similar name) from the list.
- Once connected, the earbud indicator lights will stop flashing, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

3. Wearing the Earbuds

Troubleshooting

- Earbuds not pairing:

- Forget/delete "Grundig Earbuds" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
- No sound from one earbud:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then take them out again.
- Check your device's audio settings to ensure balance is centered.
- Earbuds not charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
- Check if the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean.
- Try a different USB Type-C cable or power adapter.
- Poor sound quality:
- Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears for a good seal.
- Move closer to your connected device to avoid interference.
- Clean the earbud grilles to remove any wax or debris.
