3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly. No tools are required.
- Assemble the Base Frame: Lay the playpen fabric cover flat on the floor. Connect the 61cm steel tubes using the T-tee connectors and suction cup tee connectors to form the base square. Ensure the suction cups are facing downwards.
- Install Vertical Pipes: Insert the foam-covered pipes into the vertical sleeves of the fabric cover. Connect these vertical pipes to the base frame using the appropriate connectors.
- Install Horizontal Pipes: Insert the remaining foam-covered pipes into the horizontal sleeves along the top edge of the fabric cover. Connect these horizontal pipes to the vertical pipes using the remaining T-tee connectors and three-rectangular connectors.
- Secure Fabric and Padding: Ensure all fabric covers are properly aligned and secured around the frame. Fasten any Velcro straps or ties to keep the padding in place, especially on the corners.
- Attach Handles: Clip the four handles onto the top horizontal pipes as desired, providing support for your child to pull themselves up.

4. Operating Instructions
- Using the Zipper Door: The playpen features an external zipper door for easy access. Unzip the door to allow your child to crawl in and out independently. Always ensure the zipper is fully closed when you need to keep your child safely contained within the playpen.
