Troubleshooting

ProblemSolution
Mouse not responding.
  • Check if the batteries are installed correctly and have sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.
  • Ensure the power switch on the bottom of the mouse is in the correct position (2.4G or BT).
  • For 2.4G connection, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Try a different USB port.
  • For Bluetooth connection, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is paired. Try re-pairing the mouse.
Cursor is jumpy or erratic.
  • Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
  • Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface. Avoid highly reflective or transparent surfaces.
  • Adjust the DPI setting to a lower value if the cursor is too sensitive.
Side buttons not working on macOS.

This is a known compatibility limitation. The side buttons may not function on macOS. Basic left/right click and scroll wheel functionality should still work.

Mouse frequently disconnects.
  • Ensure the mouse is within the effective range of the receiver (for 2.4G) or Bluetooth device.
