This guide provides comprehensive instructions for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your new waterless essential oil diffuser. Designed for both home and commercial environments, the Scenta XL offers advanced cold diffusion technology to deliver a consistent and long-lasting fragrance experience.

Internal Components Overview

The diffuser unit features several key internal components:

• LATCH LOCK: Secures the front cover.

3. Setup

3.1 Choosing a Location

The Airversa Smart Scent Air Machine is designed for versatility and can be placed on a tabletop or mounted on a wall. Consider the following when choosing a location:

• For optimal fragrance dispersal, choose a central location within the desired coverage area (up to 2000 sq. ft.).
• Ensure the location is near a power outlet.
• Keep the device away from direct heat sources, open flames, and areas with excessive humidity.
• For quiet operation, ensure the device is at least 10 feet away from primary seating or sleeping areas.

3.2 Filling the Oil Bottle

1. Unlock the front cover of the diffuser unit using one of the provided keys. Insert the key into the top slot and twist to release the latch.
2. Gently pull down the front cover to reveal the oil bottle compartment.
3. Remove the pre-installed 400 mL oil bottle by twisting it counter-clockwise and pulling it out from the nozzle assembly.
4. Unscrew the cap from your Airversa-branded premium essential oil bottle.
5. Carefully pour the essential oil into the 400 mL bottle. Do not overfill.
6. Screw the nozzle assembly back onto the filled 400 mL bottle, ensuring it is tightened securely to prevent leaks.
7. Insert the filled bottle back into the diffuser unit, aligning it with the nozzle connection, and push firmly until it clicks into place.
8. Close the front cover and secure it by twisting the key back to the locked position.

3.3 Power Connection

Connect the 2m power adapter to the power input port on the side of the diffuser unit. Plug the other end of the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The power status indicator light on the unit will illuminate.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Sleekpoint App Installation

To unlock the full smart features of your Airversa Scenta XL, download the Sleekpoint app:

• For iOS devices, download from the Apple App Store.
• For Android devices, download from the Google Play Store.

Follow the in-app instructions to pair your device via Bluetooth. The effective Bluetooth range is approximately 60 feet (20 meters).

4.2 App Control Features

Once connected, the Sleekpoint app allows you to:

• Power ON/OFF: Easily turn the diffuser and its booster fan on or off.
• Scheduling: Set up to 5 unique schedules or diffusing scenes for different times and days to meet your specific needs.
• Diffusing Time: Adjust the duration of each scent burst from 3 seconds to 5 minutes.
• Pause Time: Set the interval between scent bursts from 5 seconds to 19 minutes.
• Scent Selection: Label the scent currently in the machine for easy tracking.
• Refill Reminders: Receive notifications when it's time to refill your essential oil.

5. Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Airversa Smart Scent Air Machine.

5.1 Cleaning the Diffuser

It is strongly recommended to clean the scent diffuser at least once a month.

1. Empty any remaining essential oil from the 400 mL bottle.
2. Fill the bottle with approximately 30 mL of 90% or greater isopropyl alcohol.
3. Re-insert the bottle into the diffuser unit and close the cover.
4. Using the Sleekpoint app, choose a "Cleaning" schedule or run the diffuser manually for a short period (e.g., 5 minutes) to atomize the alcohol. This will help clear any oil residue from the nozzle and internal components.
5. After cleaning, remove the alcohol, and the diffuser is ready for your next essential oil.

5.2 Important Notes

• DO NOT invert or tilt the device once the oil bottle is installed.
• DO NOT use camphor oils, resin or thick oils such as Vetiver, Patchouli, Myrrh, Sandalwood, Copaiba, Frankincense, Cedarwood, Agarwood, Neroli. These can clog the nozzle.
• DO NOT mix your 100% essential oil with water when the device is in use. This will cause failing to atomize (mist not visible).
• DO NOT attempt to disassemble the device beyond routine cleaning.
• Keep the device away from children and pets.
• The thicker the oil, the less diffusing capability. For best results, use Airversa-branded premium essential oils.
