3. Setup Guide
3.1 App Installation and Pairing
- Download the App: Scan the QR code provided in the quick start guide or search for the official 'Smart Health' app on your device's app store (compatible with iOS and Android).
- Account Creation: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a user account.
- Device Pairing: Ensure your Smart Ring is charged. In the app, navigate to the 'Devices' section and select 'Add Device'. The app will scan for your Smart Ring. Select your device from the list to initiate pairing.
- Grant Permissions: Follow the app's prompts to grant necessary phone permissions (e.g., Bluetooth, location) for optimal functionality.

3.2 Proper Wearing
For accurate readings, wear the Smart Ring snugly on your finger. Ensure the sensors on the inside of the ring are in contact with your skin. Avoid wearing it too loosely or too tightly.

4.1 Health Monitoring
The Smart Ring continuously monitors various health metrics. Access detailed data and historical trends through the companion app.

4.3 Family Care

5. Maintenance
5.1 Charging the Smart Ring
The Smart Ring is charged using the provided charge box and cable. A full charge typically provides 2-3 days of battery life. The quick charge compartment allows for rapid recharging.
- Place the Smart Ring into the charge box, ensuring proper alignment with the charging contacts.
- Connect the charge box to a power source using the provided USB cable.
- The indicator lights on the charge box will show the charging status.

5.2 Water and Dust Resistance
The Smart Ring has an IP68 rating, meaning it is resistant to dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily activities such as showering, swimming, and hand washing. However, avoid prolonged exposure to hot water or steam, and do not press buttons underwater.

- App not synchronizing data: Verify your phone has an active internet connection. Ensure all necessary app permissions are granted in your phone's settings.
