- Inaccurate health data: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, about one finger's width above your wrist bone. Keep the sensor clean. For best results, avoid excessive movement during measurements.
- Short battery life:
- Frequent use of features like continuous heart rate monitoring, Alexa, and Bluetooth calls will consume more battery.
- Reduce screen brightness or screen-on time.
- Disable unnecessary notifications.
