5. Assembly and Installation

This product requires self-assembly. Follow the steps below carefully. It is recommended to have two people for assembly and installation.

5.1. Vanity Cabinet Assembly

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from Package 1 and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Verify all parts against the included parts list.
  2. Assemble Side Panels: Attach the side panels to the bottom panel using the provided hardware (dowels and cam locks). Ensure the pre-drilled holes align correctly.
  3. Install Back Panel: Secure the back panel to the assembled sides and bottom.
  4. Attach Top Panel: Fasten the top panel to the assembled structure. Ensure the sink opening is correctly oriented.
  5. Assemble Drawer: Follow the specific instructions in the included manual to assemble the drawer components and install the drawer slides onto the cabinet.
  6. Install Doors: Attach the hinges to the cabinet doors and then to the cabinet frame. Adjust hinges as needed for proper door alignment.
  7. Attach Handles: Secure the zinc alloy handles to the drawer and cabinet doors.

5.2. Sink and Faucet Installation

Before proceeding, ensure your plumbing is ready for connection. It is recommended to consult a professional plumber if you are unsure about any plumbing steps.

  1. Position Sink: Place the Gold Boat Glass Sink onto the vanity top, aligning it with the pre-drilled opening.
  2. Install Faucet: Insert the faucet into the designated hole on the vanity top. Secure it from underneath with the provided washers and nuts. Connect the hot and cold water supply lines to the faucet.
  3. Install Pop-up Drain: Insert the pop-up drain into the sink's drain hole. Apply plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the drain flange to ensure a watertight seal. Secure the drain assembly from underneath the sink with the provided washers and nuts.
  4. Connect Water Supply: Connect the hot and cold water supply lines from the faucet to your home's water supply valves. Ensure all connections are hand-tightened, then use a wrench for a final quarter-turn, being careful not to overtighten.
  5. Connect Drain: Connect the pop-up drain to your existing P-trap and wastewater line. Ensure all connections are secure and watertight.
  6. Test for Leaks: Turn on the water supply slowly and check all connections for any leaks. Tighten any leaking connections as necessary.

6. Operation

The SOLIDEE Bathroom Vanity with Gold Boat Glass Sink is designed for standard bathroom use.

  • Faucet Use: Operate the faucet handle to control water flow and temperature. Move the handle up for water flow and left/right for hot/cold water.
  • Pop-up Drain: Push down on the drain stopper to close the drain and fill the sink. Push again to open the drain and allow water to flow out.
  • Storage: Utilize the cabinet and drawer for storing bathroom essentials. The magnetic doors ensure smooth opening and closing.
