1. Introduction
This manual provides essential instructions for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Zuacs Dual Motor Power Lift Recliner Chair, Model 8739B. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference. This chair is designed to offer comfort and assistance, featuring independent backrest and footrest adjustment, a power lift mechanism, massage and heat functions, and convenient storage options.
2. Safety Information
Always follow assembly instructions and use caution when assembling. Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 350 lbs (158.75 kg).
- Ensure all connections are secure before operating the chair.
- Keep children and pets away from moving parts.
- Do not allow anyone to sit on the footrest when it is extended.
- Avoid placing hands or feet near the chair's mechanism during operation.
- Unplug the chair from the power outlet before cleaning or maintenance.
- If the chair malfunctions, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support.
3. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present before beginning assembly. The package should include:
- Backrest
- Seat Cushion
- Armrests (Left and Right)
- Accessory Kit (includes power adapter, remote controls, and necessary hardware)
Note: The chair ships in 3 boxes and may not arrive simultaneously. Please ensure all boxes are received before starting assembly.

4. Assembly Instructions
Assembly is quick and easy, typically taking about 15 minutes. For easier assembly, it is recommended that two people work together.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent damage.
- Attach Backrest: Slide the backrest onto the base until it clicks securely into place. Ensure both sides are fully engaged.
- Install Armrests: Connect the left and right armrests to the sides of the seat base. Ensure all connections are firm.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the chair's power input, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
- Test Functions: Use the remote control to test the lift, recline, massage, and heat functions to ensure proper operation.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power and Controls
The chair is operated using two remote controls. One remote manages the lift and recline functions, while the other controls the massage and heat features. The main remote also features integrated USB and Type-C charging ports.

5.2 Power Lift Function
The counter-balanced lift mechanism gently raises the chair, assisting users in standing up without straining their knees or back. To activate, press the appropriate button on the remote control.

5.3 Recline and Lay Flat Positions
The dual-motor structure allows for independent adjustment of the backrest and footrest. This enables a wide range of positions, including a fully reclined lay-flat position and a zero-gravity position for maximum comfort.
- Use the remote to adjust the backrest angle (105°–170°).
- Independently adjust the footrest to your desired height.
- Combine adjustments to achieve a lay-flat or zero-gravity posture.

5.4 Automatic Extended Footrest
The footrest can extend an additional 5 inches, providing enhanced support for individuals with longer legs and preventing feet from dangling.

5.5 Manual Headrest Adjustment
The headrest offers three manual adjustable levels: 10°, 25°, and 35°. Adjust the headrest to your preferred angle for personalized neck and head support while watching TV or relaxing. Pushing beyond the maximum angle will auto-return it to the upright position.

5.6 Massage and Heat Functions
The chair features an 8-point massage system with 5 modes and 2 vibration intensities. A lumbar heating element provides soothing warmth to the lower back. Use the dedicated remote control to activate and customize these functions, including a timer (15/30/60 minutes).

5.7 USB and Type-C Charging Ports
Conveniently located on the hand control, dual USB and Type-C charging ports allow you to charge your electronic devices while relaxing in the chair.
5.8 Hidden Armrest Storage and Cup Holders
Both armrests feature flip-open storage compartments for keeping books, phones, and other small items organized. Each armrest also includes a stainless steel cup holder, designed to be resistant to heat and rust.

6. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your recliner, follow these care instructions:
- Cleaning: The product care instructions recommend Dry Clean for the fabric. For minor spills, gently blot with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically check all connections and hardware to ensure they are tight and secure.
- Mechanism: The internal mechanisms are designed for durability and typically do not require lubrication. Keep the area around the mechanism clear of obstructions.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your recliner, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Chair Not Responding:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the chair and a working wall outlet.
- Check if the power adapter's indicator light is on.
- Verify that the remote control cables are properly connected to the chair.
- Massage/Heat Not Working:
- Confirm the massage/heat remote is connected and powered.
- Ensure the chair is in a reclined position that allows the massage/heat elements to function.
- Unusual Noises During Operation:
- Inspect for any obstructions around the chair's mechanism.
- Ensure all assembly bolts are tightened.
