Operating Instructions
The nutribullet Flip is designed for simple and efficient blending. Follow these steps for optimal results:
- Add Ingredients: Fill the 20 oz insulated cup with your desired ingredients. The cup has internal measuring marks for convenience. Ensure ingredients do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Attach Blade: Securely twist the Hybrid Motor Base, Blade, & Lid onto the insulated cup. Ensure it is tightly sealed to prevent leaks.
- Blend: Flip the blender over so the motor base is at the bottom. Press the power button once to turn on, and again to begin blending. The powerful 11.1V high-torque motor is capable of blending ice, most frozen fruits, and many fresh ingredients.
- Safety Feature: The blender will only operate when the motor base is correctly connected to the cup, ensuring safe use.
- Enjoy: Once blending is complete, flip the blender back upright. Remove the motor base and blade assembly. Attach the Dual To Go Lid with Handle for convenient sipping or transport.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your nutribullet Flip.
- Self-Cleaning: For quick cleaning, simply add a drop of dish soap and water to the insulated cup, attach the motor base and blade, and run for one blending cycle. Rinse thoroughly.
- Hand Washing (Motor Base & Blade): The motor base and blade assembly should be hand-washed. Do NOT immerse the motor base in water due to the internal motor and USB-C port. Use the provided cleaning brush for thorough cleaning of the blades.
- Dishwasher Safe (Cup & Lids): The 20 oz insulated cup and the Dual To Go Lid are dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
- Storage: After cleaning and drying, attach the blade cover to the motor base for safe storage. The compact design allows for easy storage with other tumblers.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your nutribullet Flip, consider the following common solutions:
- Blender Not Turning On:
- Ensure the motor base is fully charged.
- Verify the motor base and blade assembly is securely twisted onto the cup. The safety mechanism prevents operation if not properly aligned.
- Ingredients Not Blending Properly (e.g., frozen fruit stuck):
- Ensure there is sufficient liquid in the cup to allow ingredients to move freely.
- Do not overfill the cup beyond the MAX line.
- If blending very hard or frozen ingredients, consider adding a small amount of additional liquid or breaking larger pieces into smaller ones.
- Ensure the unit is fully charged, as low battery can affect blending power.
- Leaks:
- Confirm the motor base and blade assembly is tightly screwed onto the cup.
- Check the gasket for proper seating and any damage.
For persistent issues, refer to the comprehensive user guide included with your product or contact NutriBullet customer support.
