Care and Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and effectiveness of your BoxWave SoftSuit with Pocket case, follow these simple care instructions:

• Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the case with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth. Allow to air dry completely.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or strong detergents, as these can damage the neoprene material.
• Storage: Store the case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
• Avoid Overstuffing: Do not overfill the case or its pockets, as this can strain the zippers and material.

Troubleshooting

While the SoftSuit with Pocket case is a simple accessory, here are some common considerations:

• Device Does Not Fit: Ensure your device is compatible with a 7-inch case. This case is specifically designed for the GIFEHU GPS Navigator (7 in). If your device is larger, it may not fit.
• Zipper Sticking: If the zipper becomes stiff, try applying a small amount of zipper lubricant or a graphite pencil lead along the teeth. Avoid forcing the zipper.
• Case Appears Damaged: Inspect the case for any tears or damage. If the protective integrity is compromised, consider replacing the case to ensure optimal protection for your device.
