  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the coffee maker and its accessories.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth. Wash the coffee pot and any removable filter with warm, soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
  3. Placement: Place the coffee maker on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from water sources and direct heat. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the specifications of the appliance (600W).
  5. First Use Rinse: It is recommended to perform a rinse cycle without coffee. Fill the pot with water to the maximum level, place it on the heating base, and run a brewing cycle. Discard this water.

6. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to brew Turkish coffee:

  1. Add Water: Fill the coffee pot with the desired amount of cold water. Do not exceed the maximum fill line indicated inside the pot.
  2. Add Coffee: For each cup of Turkish coffee, add approximately one to two teaspoons of finely ground Turkish coffee to the pot. Sugar can be added at this stage if desired.
  3. Stir: Gently stir the coffee, water, and sugar (if used) until well combined. Do not stir vigorously.
  4. Place Pot: Place the coffee pot securely onto the heating base of the machine.
  5. Select Program: The digital display will show options for "COFFEE WATER" or "MILK". Select the appropriate coffee brewing program. The machine is designed to detect the water level and adjust brewing time.
  6. Start Brewing: Press the start button (often indicated by a coffee cup icon or power symbol). The machine will begin the brewing process.
  7. Monitor: The digital display may show a countdown or progress indicator. The machine will automatically stop when the coffee is ready, typically indicated by an audible signal and/or light indicator.
  8. Serve: Carefully remove the coffee pot from the base using the handle. Pour the Turkish coffee into small cups immediately. Avoid stirring after brewing to preserve the foam.
  9. Power Off: Unplug the appliance from the power outlet after use.

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your coffee maker.

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Coffee Pot: Wash the coffee pot with warm, soapy water after each use. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could scratch the surface.
  3. Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker and the heating base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  4. Do Not Immerse: Never immerse the main unit or power cord in water or any other liquid.
  5. Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits may accumulate. If brewing time increases or performance decreases, descale the machine using a descaling solution suitable for coffee makers, following the product's instructions. Alternatively, a mixture of water and white vinegar can be used (e.g., 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water), run through a brewing cycle, then rinse with several cycles of plain water.
