1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

• Do not use on open wounds, broken skin, or areas of severe swelling.
• Do not apply for more than 20 minutes at a time for cold therapy.
• Do not apply for more than 30 minutes at a time for hot therapy.

5.2. Using the Wearable Heating Pad

1. With the elastic straps attached, position the heating pad on the desired body area (e.g., back, shoulders, leg, knee, foot).
2. Secure the elastic straps to hold the heating pad in place.
3. Plug the heating pad into a power outlet.
