4. Setup

4.1 Helmet Fitting

4.2 Visor (HJ-37) Installation and Removal

2. Installation: Align the visor's pivot points with the helmet's base plates. Press firmly until you hear a click, indicating it is securely locked into place. Test the visor's movement to ensure proper installation.

5.1 Ventilation System

The helmet's ventilation system includes intake vents (typically on the chin bar and forehead) and exhaust vents (at the rear). Open the intake vents to allow fresh air in and open the exhaust vents to allow warm air out. Adjust these vents as needed to control airflow and internal temperature.

5.2 Modular Function

The RPHA 91 is a modular helmet, allowing the chin bar to be raised. To operate the modular function:

1. To Open: Locate the release button or lever, typically on the front center of the chin bar. Press the button and lift the chin bar upwards until it locks into its open position.
2. To Close: Firmly pull the chin bar down until it securely latches into the closed position. Ensure it is fully locked before riding.

5.3 Chinstrap Fastening (Micro Buckle)

To fasten the micro buckle chinstrap:
