4. Setup Guide

4.1 Charging the Devices

1. Place the microphones into the charging case.
2. Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided charging cable. The digital display on the case will show the battery level.
3. Ensure both microphones and the charging case are fully charged before first use.

4.2 Connecting the Receiver

1. For Android Devices (Type-C): Plug the Wireless Type-C Receiver directly into your smartphone or tablet's Type-C port.
2. For iOS Devices (8-Pin): Attach the Type-C to 8 Pin Connector to the Wireless Type-C Receiver, then plug the combined unit into your iPhone or iPad's 8-pin port.

7. Troubleshooting

• No Sound/Poor Audio Quality:
  • Ensure the receiver is fully inserted into your device's port.
  • Check if the microphones are powered on and successfully paired (solid indicator light).
  • Verify that the recording application on your device is set to use the external microphone.
  • If noise cancellation seems ineffective, ensure it is activated correctly. In some environments, extreme background noise may still be present.
  • Ensure you are within the 30-meter reception range. Obstacles can reduce this range.
• Microphones Not Charging:
  • Ensure the microphones are correctly seated in the charging case.
  • Check if the charging cable is securely connected to the case and a power source.
  • Verify that the charging case itself has sufficient battery or is connected to power.
  • If the battery display shows an unusual maximum charge (e.g., stuck at 94%), try fully discharging and recharging the case. If the issue persists, contact support.
• Connection Issues:
  • Restart both the microphones (by placing them back in the case and taking them out) and the receiver (by unplugging and replugging).
  • Ensure no other wireless devices are causing interference nearby.
