Assembly
- Prepare the Canister: Ensure the flour canister is empty and clean. The power cord and hopper are stored inside the canister for shipping. Remove them before initial use.
- Attach the Canister: Align the flour canister with the motor base. Push the canister firmly into place until it locks securely.
- Place the Hopper: Position the grain hopper on top of the motor base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
- Insert Air Filter: Place the air filter into the designated slot on the canister lid.
- Secure the Lid: Place the canister lid onto the flour canister and rotate it until it locks into position.

Operating Instructions
Adding Grain
- Ensure the grain mill is properly assembled and plugged into a power outlet.
- Pour your desired non-oily grains (e.g., wheat, rice, corn, oats) into the hopper. The hopper has an 8-cup capacity. Do not overfill.

Adjusting Fineness and Starting the Mill
- Locate the texture adjustment knob on the side of the mill.
- Rotate the knob to select your desired flour texture. The mill offers 7 feed rates, allowing for customizable textures from coarse to very fine.
- Turn the mill ON. The 1200-watt motor will begin milling the grain.
- The freshly milled flour will collect in the 12-cup capacity flour canister.
