Setup
1. Setting the Time
- Pull the crown out to the second click position.
- Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands to the desired time.
- Push the crown back into the normal position.
2. Setting the Date
- Pull the crown out to the first click position.
- Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise (depending on the movement) to set the date. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this may interfere with the automatic date change mechanism.
- Push the crown back into the normal position.
3. Adjusting the Strap
The silicone strap features a buckle closure. Adjust the strap by selecting the appropriate hole for a comfortable and secure fit on your wrist. Ensure the watch is not too tight to allow for proper circulation, nor too loose to prevent excessive movement.

Operating the Chronograph
The Invicta Model 48165 features a chronograph function for measuring elapsed time. The watch dial includes sub-dials for 1/10 second, minutes, and seconds, along with a calendar window.

Chronograph Functions:
- Start/Stop: Press the upper pusher (button) to start the chronograph. Press it again to stop.
- Reset: While the chronograph is stopped, press the lower pusher to reset all chronograph hands to their zero positions.
- Split Time: Some chronographs allow for split-time measurement. Refer to the specific movement's detailed instructions if this feature is available and desired.
Water Resistance:
This watch is water-resistant to 10 bar (100 meters / 330 feet). This rating means the watch is suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but not for diving. Ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water to maintain water resistance.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the watch case and strap with a soft, damp cloth. For silicone straps, mild soap and water can be used. Ensure the watch is completely dry afterward.
- Avoid Chemicals: Do not expose the watch to harsh chemicals, solvents, or detergents, as these can damage the case, strap, or internal components.
- Temperature Extremes: Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or sudden temperature changes, which can affect the movement and water resistance.
- Battery Replacement: The watch is powered by a quartz movement. When the battery runs low, the second hand may start to jump in two-second intervals (End-of-Life indicator). Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.
- Water Resistance Check: It is recommended to have the watch's water resistance checked annually by an authorized service center, especially if it is frequently exposed to water.
