Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your PWNAGE Stormbreaker Max CF mouse, consider the following:
- Connection Issues:
- Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port.
- Verify the mouse is powered on.
- Try moving the receiver closer to the mouse or to a different USB port.
- If using wireless, try connecting via the USB-C cable to rule out wireless interference.
- Tracking Problems:
- Clean the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse.
- Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface (e.g., a mouse pad).
- Check DPI settings in the Pwnage Web Hub.
- Button Malfunction:
- Check button assignments in the Pwnage Web Hub.
- Ensure no physical obstruction is preventing button presses.
- Battery Life:
- Ensure the mouse is fully charged.
- High polling rates (e.g., 8000Hz) can consume more battery power. Adjust settings in the Pwnage Web Hub if extended battery life is desired.
