- Store the cable neatly using the provided hook and storage bag when not in use to prevent tangling and damage.
- Avoid bending or kinking the cable sharply.
- Do not drive over the charging cable.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Ground Fault Error (220V)
If you encounter a Ground Fault error when operating at 220V, and you have verified that the ground connection is good, you may try the following workaround:
- Access the charger's settings (either via the control box interface or the Smart Life app).
- Locate and temporarily turn off the ground fault detection function.
- Note: This workaround is provided for specific scenarios where the electrical supply might be a two-phase and earth configuration. Exercise caution and consult a qualified electrician if unsure. Ground fault detection should ideally remain active for safety.
7.2 General Issues
- Charger not starting: Ensure the CEE plug is fully inserted into the power outlet and the Type 2 connector is securely plugged into the vehicle. Check for power supply to the outlet.
- Slow charging: Verify the current setting on the control box or app. Ensure your vehicle and power supply can support the desired charging rate.
- App connectivity issues: Ensure your mobile device has a stable internet connection and Bluetooth/Wi-Fi is enabled. Restart the app and the charger if necessary.
- Error messages on LCD: Refer to the specific error code displayed on the screen. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
