Setup

Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a USB power source. The LED display on the charging case will show the battery percentage. A full charge for the case takes approximately 1.5 hours. The earbuds provide up to 6 hours of playtime on a single charge, and the charging case extends total playtime to 54 hours. A quick 10-minute charge can provide 2 hours of playback.

Initial Pairing

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for "i27" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to maintain optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the surfaces. For the eartips, remove them and clean with a mild soap solution if necessary, then rinse and dry thoroughly before reattaching. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the charging case in water.

Waterproofing (IPX7)

The i27 earbuds are IPX7 certified waterproof, meaning they can withstand sweat and rain during workouts or daily use. However, the charging case is not waterproof. Avoid exposing the charging case to liquids. Do not use the earbuds for swimming or showering, as prolonged immersion is not recommended.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing with device: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Make sure the earbuds are charged and out of the charging case. Try forgetting the device in your Bluetooth settings and re-pairing.
• Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then take them out again. This often re-syncs them.
