2. What's in the Box

Upon unboxing your OSCAL Pilot 1 Rugged Phone, please ensure all the following items are present:

3. Setup

3.1. SIM Card and TF Card Installation

The OSCAL Pilot 1 supports dual SIM cards or one SIM card and one TF (microSD) card for expandable storage up to 2TB. To install:

  1. Locate the SIM/TF card slot on the side of the phone.
  2. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray.
  3. Carefully place your SIM card(s) and/or TF card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure correct orientation.
  4. Gently push the tray back into the phone until it is flush with the device body.

3.2. Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your OSCAL Pilot 1. The phone supports 33W fast charging.

  • Connect the USB-C charging cable to the phone's charging port.
  • Connect the other end of the cable to the provided 33W phone charger.
  • Plug the charger into a power outlet.
  • The charging indicator will appear on the screen. A full charge can provide up to 71 days of standby time.

3.3. Power On/Off

  • To power on: Press and hold the Power button (integrated with fingerprint sensor) until the OSCAL logo appears.
