Setup

1. Mounting the Device

The ZUCWO CarPlay screen offers two primary mounting options:

  • Dashboard Console (Self-adhesive Bracket): Attach the self-adhesive bracket to a clean, flat surface on your dashboard. Ensure the surface is free of dust and grease for optimal adhesion. Press firmly for several seconds.
  • Windshield (Suction Cup Mount): Secure the suction cup mount to your windshield. Clean the windshield surface thoroughly before applying the suction cup.

Once the bracket or mount is secured, attach the main unit to it. The adjustable design allows you to angle the screen for optimal viewing.

2. Wiring Connections

  • Power Supply: Connect the Type-C car charger to the device and plug it into your vehicle's 12V power outlet (cigarette lighter).
  • Audio Output (Optional AUX): For enhanced audio quality through your car's speakers, connect the provided AUX cable from the device to your vehicle's AUX input.
  • Rear Camera Installation:
    1. Connect the rear camera cable to the AV IN interface on the main screen unit.
    2. Route the camera cable to the rear of your vehicle and mount the 1080p waterproof backup camera in a suitable location (e.g., near the license plate).
    3. For automatic display when reversing, connect the red wire of the rear camera cable to your vehicle's reverse light power supply.

3. SD Card Formatting
