2. Safety Information

  • Operating Environment: The lock is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 60°C.
  • Water Resistance: The lock has an IP65 waterproof rating, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. However, avoid submerging the device in water.

4. Operating Instructions

The Welock Touch63 offers multiple convenient ways to unlock your door.

4.1 Unlocking Methods

  • Fingerprint: Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor. The lock supports up to 100 fingerprints, including 3 administrator fingerprints and 97 normal user fingerprints.
  • RFID Card: Present a registered RFID card to the lock's sensor. The package includes 3 RFID cards, and the lock can store up to 20 authorized cards.
  • Bluetooth App: Use the Welock mobile application on your smartphone to unlock the door via Bluetooth connection.
  • USB Emergency Unlock: If batteries are depleted, connect a power bank to the lock's USB port for temporary power to unlock via the app. This port is for emergency power only and does not recharge the internal batteries.
  • Optional WiFi Control: With a separately purchased Welock WiFi Box gateway, you can unlock the door remotely via the Welock app from anywhere with an internet connection.

4.2 Welock Mobile Application

The Welock app provides comprehensive control and monitoring features:

5. Maintenance

5.1 Battery Replacement

The Welock Touch63 is powered by 3 x AAA 1.5V batteries (not included). The lock will issue a low battery reminder when the power level drops below 20%. It is crucial to replace the batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation. Under normal usage (10 times a day), batteries can last up to 1 year.

5.2 Cleaning

To maintain the appearance and functionality of your lock, wipe it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or excessive moisture, which can damage the electronic components or finish.
