Thank you for choosing Fonus TWS Wireless Earbuds. These earbuds are designed to provide a superior audio experience with true wireless stereo sound, powerful bass, and convenient touch controls. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new earbuds.

The earbuds feature an 8mm speaker driver for authentic sound and deep bass, and are IPX8 sweat/water-resistant, making them suitable for various activities. They offer up to 6 hours of playtime on a single charge, with an additional 30 hours provided by the portable charging case.

Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the charging case and earbuds.

• Place both earbuds into the charging case.
• Connect the charging case to a power source using a compatible USB cable.
• The LED indicator on the case will show charging status. A full charge is indicated when all lights are solid or the display shows 100%.

2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing LED lights on the earbuds.
3. On your device (e.g., smartphone), go to Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
4. Search for available devices and select "Fonus Earbuds" (or similar name) from the list.
5. Once connected, the earbud LEDs will stop flashing. You are now ready to use your earbuds.

3. Wearing the Earbuds

Select the appropriate silicone ear tips for a comfortable and secure fit. Insert the earbuds into your ears and gently twist them until they feel snug. A good seal is crucial for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The earbuds feature intelligent touch controls for easy management of music and calls.

• Play/Pause: Press once (Left or Right earbud).
• Skip Backwards: Press twice (Left earbud).
• Skip Forwards: Press twice (Right earbud).
• Answer/Hang up Call: Press once (Left or Right earbud).
• Volume Down: Long press (Left earbud).
• Volume Up: Long press (Right earbud).
• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Press thrice (Left or Right earbud).

Single Earbud Use

You can use either earbud independently for calls or music. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will automatically connect to your paired device. The other earbud can remain in the case or be turned off.

Maintenance

Charging the Earbuds and Case

The earbuds provide up to 6 hours of listening time on a single charge. The charging case offers multiple additional charges, extending total playtime to approximately 30 hours. A quick 10-minute charge can provide up to 1 hour of playtime.

• To charge earbuds: Place them in the charging case.

Cleaning

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.

Water Resistance

The earbuds are IPX8 sweat/water-resistant, protecting them from damage due to sweat or rain. However, they are not designed for swimming or prolonged submersion. Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing with device:
  Ensure earbuds are charged. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. Forget the device in your Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
• Only one earbud working:
  Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, then open it again. Ensure both earbuds have sufficient charge. If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's website for specific reset instructions if needed).
• No sound or low volume:
  Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Clean any debris from the speaker mesh.
• Charging issues:

• Earbuds keep disconnecting:
