4. Installation Guide
The JOYROOM JR-ZS428 mount features a simple one-step installation process without the need for additional tools.
- Unscrew the handlebar clamp from the main phone mount unit.
- Position the handlebar clamp on your desired round handlebar location. Ensure the handlebar diameter is between 0.7-1.34 inches (18-34mm).
- Tighten the clamp by rotating the knob until it is firmly secured to the handlebar.
- Attach the main phone mount unit to the ball joint of the handlebar clamp.
- Adjust the viewing angle as desired and tighten the securing nut on the ball joint.

5. Operating Instructions
To use your JOYROOM phone holder mount:
- Ensure the safety lock switch (red button) on the back of the mount is in the unlocked position.
- Gently pull down the bottom arms of the mount to expand the cradle.
- Place your smartphone into the cradle, ensuring it sits securely against the silicone pads. The mount will automatically adjust to grip your phone.
- Once the phone is in place, slide the safety lock switch to the locked position to prevent accidental release.
- To remove your phone, slide the safety lock switch to the unlocked position and gently pull down the bottom arms to release the phone.
