Setup and Installation
The Dreo Smart Wall Heater is designed for easy wall mounting, but can also be used freestanding on a stable surface. Ensure the power cord (70.8 inches) can reach an outlet without strain.
Wall Mounting Steps:
- Choose Location: Select a suitable wall location, ensuring it is clear of obstructions and within reach of a power outlet.
- Mark Drilling Positions: Use the provided drilling guide template to mark the positions for the wall anchors. Ensure the guide is level using the built-in bubble level. Do not drill directly through the guide.
- Drill Holes: Make the necessary drillings for the wall anchors.
- Install Wall Anchors: Fix the wall anchors into the drilled positions.
- Screw Top Anchors: Screw ONLY the two top anchors, leaving at least a 1/5 inch gap from the wall.
- Hang Heater: Carefully hang the heater unit from the top anchors.
- Secure Base Anchors: Screw the two base anchors to secure the bottom of the heater to the wall.
- Unfold Power Cord: Ensure the power cord is fully unfolded and can reach the outlet.
- Plug In: Plug the heater into a 120V power outlet.
