Important Safety Instructions

  • Read all instructions before use.
  • Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
  • Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance matches your local mains voltage.
  • Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug.
  • Always unplug the appliance when not in use and before cleaning.
  • Do not place the appliance against a wall or other appliances. Leave at least 10 cm free space on the back and sides and 10 cm free space above the appliance.
  • Hot air is released through the air outlet vents. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and air outlet openings.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • Never use the appliance for any purpose other than described in this manual.

Control Panel

  • Power Button: Turns the appliance on/off.
  • Temperature Control (+/-): Adjusts cooking temperature (60°C to 200°C).
  • Time Control (+/-): Adjusts cooking time (up to 60 minutes).
  • Preset Programs: 12 pre-set cooking functions for common dishes.
  • Preheat: Initiates a preheating cycle.
  • Start/Pause: Starts or pauses the cooking process.
  • Stop/Cancel: Stops the current cooking program.
  • Turn Reminder: Alerts you to shake or turn food during cooking.

Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and any promotional labels from the air fryer.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the frying basket with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate air circulation around the appliance (at least 10 cm clearance on all sides).
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

  1. Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the frying basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
  2. Insert Basket: Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
  3. Power On: Press the Power button to turn on the appliance. The digital display will illuminate.
  4. Select Settings:
    • Manual Setting: Use the Temperature (+/-) and Time (+/-) buttons to set your desired cooking temperature (60-200°C) and time (1-60 minutes).
    • Preset Program: Select one of the 12 pre-set cooking icons for common dishes. The appliance will automatically set the recommended temperature and time. You can adjust these settings manually if needed.
  5. Preheat (Optional): For best results, especially with certain foods, press the "Preheat" button before adding food. The air fryer will heat to the set temperature and notify you when ready.
  6. Start Cooking: Press the "Start" button to begin the cooking process.
  7. Turn Reminder: During cooking, the "Turn Reminder" icon may illuminate, accompanied by a beep, indicating that the food should be shaken or turned for even cooking. Carefully pull out the basket, shake or turn the food, and reinsert the basket. Cooking will resume automatically.
  8. Completion: Once the cooking time has elapsed, the air fryer will beep and automatically shut off.
  9. Remove Food: Carefully pull out the frying basket using the handle. Use heat-resistant tongs to remove the cooked food.
  10. Power Off: Press the Power button to turn off the appliance, or it will automatically enter standby mode after a period of inactivity.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
  2. Clean Frying Basket: The frying basket is dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, wash it with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn food residue, soak the basket in warm, soapy water for about 10 minutes before cleaning.
  3. Clean Interior: Wipe the inside of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool.
  4. Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth.
  5. Heating Element: If necessary, gently clean the heating element with a soft brush to remove any food residue.
  6. Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the air fryer in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting
