Last Number Redial:
To redial the last number called, lift the handset and press the RD/P (Redial/Pause) button.
Receiver Volume Control:
Adjust the receiver volume using the Hi/Lo switch located on the side of the handset. Set to 'Hi' for louder audio or 'Lo' for softer audio, depending on your preference and environment.
Flash Function:
The FLASH button is used to disconnect from a current call and get a new dial tone, or to activate custom calling features provided by your telephone service provider (e.g., call waiting, three-way calling). Pressing FLASH during a call will typically put the current call on hold and give you a new dial tone.
Pause Function (for PBX Systems):
The RD/P button also functions as a Pause button. When dialing a number, pressing RD/P will insert a short pause in the dialing sequence. This is particularly useful for PBX systems where an external line access code (e.g., '9') needs a brief pause before the main number is dialed to ensure the system recognizes it correctly.
Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC):
This telephone is designed to be compatible with hearing aids, providing clear and steady sound for users with hearing assistance devices.
