Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the immersion circulator from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Container Selection: Choose a heat-safe pot or container. Ensure it is deep enough to allow the circulator to be submerged between the MIN and MAX water level markings.

Operating Instructions

- Start Cooking: Press the 'Play/Pause' button to begin the cooking cycle. The circulator will start heating and circulating the water.
- Prepare Food: Place your food in a vacuum-sealed bag. Ensure all air is removed from the bag.
- Submerge Food: Once the water reaches the set temperature, carefully place the sealed food bag into the water bath. Ensure the bag is fully submerged and not blocking the circulator's water flow.
- Monitor Progress: The display will show the current water temperature and remaining cooking time.
- End Cycle: The device will beep when the set time has elapsed. Press the 'Play/Pause' button to stop the circulator. Carefully remove the food bag from the water bath.
