5.3 Battery Care
Avoid fully discharging the power bank frequently. While it has built-in protection, maintaining a charge above 20% can prolong battery lifespan. Do not expose the power bank to water or fire.
6. Troubleshooting
- Device not charging wirelessly: Ensure your device is compatible with magnetic wireless charging (e.g., iPhone 12-16 series). Check for proper alignment of the power bank with your device. Remove any thick cases that might interfere with magnetic connection or wireless charging.
- Device not charging via USB-C: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device. Try a different USB-C cable to rule out cable issues. Verify the power bank has sufficient charge.
- Power bank not recharging: Ensure the USB-C cable is properly connected to a working USB power adapter. Try a different USB-C cable and power adapter.
- Slow charging: Ensure you are using a compatible cable and power adapter for optimal charging speeds. For wireless charging, ensure proper alignment and that no foreign objects are between the power bank and your device.
- Digital display not working: Briefly press the power button to activate the display. If it remains off, the power bank might be fully discharged or require a reset by connecting it to a power source.
