The CATIGA SD-1299 calculator operates using a dual power system: solar energy and a single AAA battery (included). This ensures continuous functionality in various lighting conditions.

Battery Installation/Replacement

  1. Ensure the calculator is powered off.
  2. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the calculator.
  3. Open the battery compartment cover.
  4. Insert or replace the AAA battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  5. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Basic Arithmetic Operations

Perform standard calculations using the numerical keys and operation buttons.

Key Functions

ON/C-CEPowers on the calculator. Clears the last entry (CE) or clears all (C) if pressed twice.
ACAll Clear. Clears all entries and resets the calculator.
+/-Changes the sign of the displayed number (positive to negative, or vice versa).
%Percentage calculation.
Square root calculation.
M+Adds the displayed value to the memory.
M-Subtracts the displayed value from the memory.
MRCMemory Recall (first press) or Memory Clear (second press).
GTGrand Total. Displays the sum of all results calculated with the "=" key.
