Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The included components are the unit base, auger, drip tray, fluid chamber, and water catch.
2. Placement: Place the slushie machine on a stable, flat surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. It is recommended to let the unit sit upright for at least 24 hours after transport to allow the compressor fluids to settle before first use.
3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all removable parts (fluid chamber, auger, drip tray) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
4. Assembly: Reassemble the fluid chamber and auger onto the unit base. Ensure the drip tray is correctly positioned at the front.

Operating Instructions

1. Prepare Ingredients: Ensure your liquid mixture has a natural sugar content of more than 5%. Sugar substitutes are not supported. For alcoholic beverages, maintain an alcohol by volume (ABV) between 2.8% and 16%. Stir mixtures thoroughly before pouring.
2. Fill the Vessel: Open the lid of the fluid chamber and carefully pour your prepared liquid into the vessel. The maximum liquid fill is 48oz for optimal results, though the total barrel capacity is 68oz.

3. Select Program: Use the control panel to select one of the 5 preset modes: Slushies, Smoothies, Margaritas, Milkshakes, or other frozen drinks.
