Troubleshooting

No Audio/Poor Audio Quality

• Verify the camera is properly connected and transmitting audio.

Dreamer 2.0 Not Connecting to App

• Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The Dreamer 2.0 does not support 5GHz networks.
