3. Backup Camera Installation

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
The unit powers on automatically when connected to the vehicle's cigarette lighter and the vehicle is started. To power off, simply disconnect the power or turn off your vehicle's ignition.
2. Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto Connection
To connect your smartphone:
- Turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
- On the Plimpton L3 screen, select 'CarPlay' or 'Android Auto'.
- Search for the device's Bluetooth name (e.g., "2#") on your phone and pair.
- Confirm the pairing request on both devices.
- The connection should be established within 5-10 seconds.

3. Screen Mirroring
To use screen mirroring (AirPlay for iOS, Android Cast for Android):
- Select 'AirPlay' or 'Android Cast' on the Plimpton L3 screen.

- Activate screen mirroring/cast function on your phone and select the device.

4. Audio Output Options
The Plimpton L3 offers several ways to output audio:
