Setup
1. Unpacking and Initial Cleaning
- Carefully remove all contents from the packaging.
- Wash the inner pot, lid, and accessories (steam rack, measuring cup, rice spoon) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
2. Placement
- Place the pressure cooker on a stable, level surface away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper ventilation.
3. Assembling the Cooker
- Place the inner pot into the main unit. Ensure it sits correctly and is not tilted.
- Align the lid with the main unit, ensuring the arrow on the lid points to the unlock symbol on the cooker body.
- Rotate the lid clockwise until the arrow on the lid aligns with the lock symbol on the cooker body. You will hear a click, indicating the lid is securely locked.
- Ensure the steam release valve is set to the 'Sealing' position for pressure cooking.

Basic Cooking Steps
- Add Ingredients: Place your food and liquids into the inner pot. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Secure the Lid: Place and lock the lid as described in the Setup section. Ensure the steam release valve is in the 'Sealing' position.
- Select Program: Plug in the cooker. The display will show 'OFF'. Press the desired preset function button (e.g., 'Pressure Cook', 'Rice', 'Slow Cook').
- Adjust Settings (Optional): Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the cooking time or temperature if needed.
- Start Cooking: Press the 'Start' button. The cooker will begin preheating and then start the cooking cycle.
- Pressure Release: Once cooking is complete, the cooker will beep and switch to 'Keep Warm' mode. Allow the pressure to release naturally or use the quick release method (see below).

- Quick Release: Carefully turn the steam release valve to the 'Venting' position. Steam will rapidly escape. Once the float valve drops, it is safe to open the lid. Use caution to avoid contact with hot steam.
Delay Start Function
The 24-hour Delay Start function allows you to program the cooker to start at a later time. After selecting your cooking program and adjusting time/temperature, press the 'Delay Start' button and use '+' and '-' to set the delay time. Press 'Start' to activate the delayed cooking cycle.
