1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the GANIZA Food Processor. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Always ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
  • Keep hands and utensils away from moving blades during operation to prevent injury.
  • Do not operate the food processor with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
  • The appliance features an Overheat Protection System. If the motor stops due to overheating, allow it to cool down for at least 30 minutes before resuming operation. The patented smart light provides clear feedback on overheating.
  • The blades are sharp. Handle with extreme care during assembly, disassembly, and cleaning.
  • Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid. Wipe with a damp cloth only.

3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your food processor:

  1. Place your chosen bowl (glass or stainless steel) on a stable, flat surface.
  2. Carefully place one set of the bi-level blades onto the central shaft inside the bowl. Ensure it sits securely.
  3. Add your ingredients into the bowl. Do not overfill; ensure ingredients are below the maximum fill line.
  4. Place the lid onto the bowl, aligning it properly.
  5. Position the motor unit on top of the lid, ensuring it locks into place. The appliance will not operate if the motor unit is not correctly seated.
  6. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The GANIZA Food Processor is designed for chopping and grinding various ingredients.

4.1 Chopping and Grinding

  1. After assembly (Section 3), ensure the appliance is plugged in.
  2. Press down on the top of the motor unit to activate the blades. The ergonomic button design allows for easier pressing.
  3. Use short pulses for coarse chopping or hold down for finer results. Monitor the consistency of your ingredients through the bowl.
  4. Release the button to stop operation.
  5. Once processing is complete, unplug the appliance before disassembling.

4.2 Overheat Protection Smart Light

The motor unit features a smart light indicator for overheat protection:

  • Blue Light: Normal operation.
  • Red Light: Overheating detected. Stop operation immediately and allow the unit to cool.
  • Flashing Red/Blue: Overload detected. Reduce the amount of ingredients or cut them into smaller pieces.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your GANIZA Food Processor.

  1. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  2. Carefully remove the motor unit, then the lid, and finally the blades from the bowl. Exercise extreme caution when handling the sharp blades.
  3. The bowls, lids, and blades are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be hand washed with warm, soapy water. Use the provided cleaning brush for hard-to-reach areas around the blades.
  4. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
  5. Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before reassembling or storing.
  6. Store the food processor in a dry place, out of reach of children.
