The LINKChef Slow Juicer is designed for quick and easy assembly, typically taking only three steps.

  1. Place the juice bowl onto the motor base, ensuring it is securely seated.
  2. Insert the filter basket into the juice bowl, followed by the auger.
  3. Attach the hopper/lid assembly. Align the arrow on the lid with the unlock symbol on the juice bowl, then turn clockwise until it clicks into the lock symbol. Ensure the lid is fully closed and locked for the juicer to operate.
  4. Position the juice cup and pulp container under their respective outlets.

  1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet (220 Volts).
  2. Press the ON button to start the juicer. The auger will begin to rotate at a slow speed (50-65 RPM).
  3. Gradually feed fruits and vegetables into the wide feed chute. Allow the auger to process the ingredients at its own pace. Do not force ingredients down.
  4. Use the food pusher only if necessary to gently guide ingredients.
  5. The juicer will automatically separate the juice into the juice cup and the pulp into the pulp container.
  6. If the juicer becomes clogged, press the REVERSE button for a few seconds to clear the blockage, then press ON again.
  7. Once juicing is complete, press the OFF button and unplug the appliance.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your LINKChef Slow Juicer. The design allows for quick disassembly and cleaning of only three main components.

  1. Unplug the juicer from the power outlet.
  2. Disassemble the juicer by turning the lid counter-clockwise to unlock, then remove the lid, auger, and filter basket.
  3. Rinse all detachable parts (hopper, auger, filter basket, juice bowl, juice cup, pulp container, food pusher) under running water immediately after use.
  4. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any pulp residue from the filter basket and other components.
  5. For thorough cleaning, wash parts with warm, soapy water. All detachable parts are top-rack dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended for longevity.
  6. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
  7. Dry all parts completely before reassembling or storing.
