Important Safety Instructions

Setup

Assembling the Hand Blender

  1. Attach Blending Arm: Align the blending arm with the motor body and twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.
  2. Attach Battery: Slide the charged KitchenAid Go 12V MAX battery onto the top of the motor body until it clicks.
  3. Pan Guard (Optional): If blending in non-stick cookware, attach the pan guard to the blending arm to protect surfaces.

Operating Instructions

Ensure the hand blender is properly assembled and the battery is charged before operation.

General Blending

  1. Place ingredients in the 4-cup blending pitcher or another suitable container.
  2. Immerse the blending arm into the ingredients. Ensure the blade guard is fully submerged to prevent splashing.
  3. Press and hold the power button to start blending. Release the button to stop.
  4. Move the blending arm up and down gently to ensure all ingredients are processed evenly.
  5. After blending, release the power button and carefully remove the blending arm from the container.

Attachments and Their Use

Whisk Attachment

The whisk attachment is ideal for whipping egg whites, cream, making vinaigrettes, and mayonnaise.
