Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the Mikado MD-W8. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the device's charging port (refer to Image 3 for port location) and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The device features a 1200mAh battery for portable use.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the MD-W8 is powered on.
  2. The device will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon on the display.
  3. On your smartphone, tablet, or computer, navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
  4. Select "MD-W8" from the list of available devices.
  5. Once paired, the Bluetooth icon will stop flashing and remain solid. You can now play audio wirelessly.

Operating Instructions

1. Bluetooth Speaker Function

After successful Bluetooth pairing, you can stream audio from your connected device. Use the control buttons on the MD-W8 (refer to Image 1) or your connected device to adjust volume, skip tracks, or pause/play music.

2. Wireless Charging

The MD-W8 features a Qi-compatible wireless charging pad on its top surface.

  1. Place your Qi-compatible smartphone or other device directly onto the wireless charging pad (refer to Image 2 and Image 4).
  2. Ensure the device is centered on the charging pad for optimal charging.
  3. A charging indicator (e.g., an icon on the MD-W8 display or on your phone) will confirm that charging has begun.
