This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your AMIR Wireless Indoor Outdoor Thermometer with 3 Remote Sensors. This device is designed to monitor temperature and humidity in various indoor and outdoor environments, providing accurate data for your home, office, or other spaces.

Note: 3 AAA batteries are required for the main unit and 2 AAA batteries for each sensor (not included).

Product Overview

The AMIR Wireless Indoor Outdoor Thermometer system consists of a main display unit and three remote sensors. The main unit displays indoor temperature and humidity, along with readings from the three remote sensors. The remote sensors transmit data wirelessly to the main unit.

Setup

1. Battery Installation

Ensure you have 3 AAA batteries for the main unit and 2 AAA batteries for each remote sensor (not included).

  1. Main Display Unit: Open the battery compartment on the back of the main unit. Insert 3 AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.
  2. Remote Sensors: Open the battery compartment on the back of each remote sensor. Insert 2 AAA batteries into each sensor, observing the correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.

2. Initial Synchronization

After installing batteries, the main unit will automatically search for signals from the remote sensors. This process may take a few minutes. Ensure all sensors are within range of the main unit during initial setup.

3. Placement

Place the main unit and remote sensors in desired locations. The wireless transmission range is approximately 100 meters (328 feet) in open air. Walls and other obstructions may reduce this range.

Operating Instructions

1. Temperature Unit Selection (℃/℉)

Press the "℃/℉" button on the main unit to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature display.

2. Max/Min Record Function

The device records the maximum and minimum temperature and humidity values for the main unit and each sensor.

3. Backlight Function

Press the "LIGHT" button on the main unit to activate the backlight. The backlight will automatically turn off after 5 seconds to conserve battery power.

4. Comfort Level Indicator

  • Relocate sensor to a shaded area or away from heat sources.
  • Ensure adequate airflow around the sensor for accurate readings.
MIN/MAX values not resetting as expected.Incorrect mode selected (24hr vs. all-time).While viewing current data (not MAX/MIN), press and hold the "MIN/MAX" button for ~5 seconds to toggle between 24-hour reset and all-time modes.
