2. Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the components of your cheero Wireless Open Earphones Smart Neo and their charging case.

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Earphones and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earphones and the charging case.

1. Place the earphones into the charging case. Ensure the charging terminals on the earphones align with those in the case.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the USB-C input port on the charging case and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included).
3. The battery indicator on the charging case will show the charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator will change or turn off.
4. A full charge provides approximately 6 hours of continuous playback for the earphones. The charging case provides multiple additional charges.

3.2 Bluetooth Pairing

Pair your earphones with your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, computer).

1. Open the charging case. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode, and the multi-indicator on the earphones will flash.
2. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
3. Select "cheero Smart Neo" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, the multi-indicator on the earphones will stop flashing.
5. The earphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case.

4. Operating Instructions

The cheero Smart Neo earphones feature physical multifunction buttons for easy control of music playback, calls, and voice assistants.

4.1 Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Single click the multifunction button on either earphone.
• Next Track: Double click the multifunction button on the Right earphone.
• Previous Track/Restart Track: Double click the multifunction button on the Left earphone. (If clicked within 3 seconds of a track starting, it will go to the previous track; otherwise, it restarts the current track).
• Volume Up: Long press the multifunction button on the Right earphone.
• Volume Down: Long press the multifunction button on the Left earphone.

4.2 Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Single click the multifunction button on either earphone.
• Reject Call: Long press the multifunction button on either earphone.

4.3 Voice Assistant

• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri, Google Assistant, etc.): Triple click the multifunction button on either earphone.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

• Wipe the earphones and charging case with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
• Ensure charging terminals are clean and dry to prevent corrosion and ensure proper charging.

5.2 Water Resistance (IPX5)

The earphones are rated IPX5 water-resistant, meaning they can withstand splashes of water from any direction. This makes them suitable for use during light rain or workouts. Note: The charging case is not water-resistant. Do not immerse the earphones or charging case in water. Water resistance is not permanent and may decrease over time with normal use.
