1. Introduction

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Flash Unit

Before first use, fully charge the flash unit using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the flash unit's charging port and a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The indicator light will show charging status and turn off when fully charged.

4.2 Attaching to Camera

The FOMITO F12 is designed with a universal hot shoe mount for broad compatibility. Ensure your camera has a standard hot shoe. Gently slide the flash unit onto your camera's hot shoe until it clicks into place. To remove, press the release button (if present on your camera's hot shoe) and slide the flash off.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

To power on the flash unit, press and hold the power button (typically the right-hand clear button on the back) for a few seconds until the display illuminates. To power off, press and hold the same button until the display turns off.

5.2 Adjusting Brightness Levels

The flash unit features adjustable brightness levels. Use the control buttons (refer to the unit's display for specific indicators) to cycle through different power output settings (e.g., 1/1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, 1/64, 1/128). 5.3 Using Diffusers and Colored Filters
