1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your GIGABYTE C500 Panoramic Stealth ATX Mid Tower PC Case. Please read this manual thoroughly before beginning assembly to ensure proper setup and to maximize the performance and longevity of your system.

The GIGABYTE C500 Panoramic Stealth case features panoramic tempered glass panels, optimized airflow design, and support for back-connect motherboards, including GIGABYTE Stealth Series components. It also includes RGB Fusion compatibility with an ARGB connector hub and supports vertical GPU installation.

2. Safety Information

  • Always disconnect the power supply from the wall outlet before installing or removing any components to prevent electric shock.
  • Handle tempered glass panels with care. Although durable, they can break if subjected to sharp impacts or excessive force.
  • Wear anti-static wrist straps or frequently touch a grounded metal object to discharge static electricity, which can damage sensitive electronic components.
  • Keep small parts and screws away from children.
  • Ensure proper ventilation around the PC case to prevent overheating.
  • Do not operate the PC case in environments with high humidity or extreme temperatures.

3. Package Contents

4.4. Storage Device Installation

The case includes internal bays for storage devices. Locate the drive trays or mounting points, secure your SSDs or HDDs, and then re-insert them into the chassis.

4.5. Power Supply Installation

The power supply mounts at the rear of the case. Slide your power supply into its designated bay and secure it with screws from the rear of the chassis.

4.6. Cable Management

Utilize the cable routing cutouts and tie-down points behind the motherboard tray to manage cables. This improves airflow and aesthetics. Connect all necessary power and data cables to your components.

4.7. RGB Fusion with ARGB Connector Hub

Connect your ARGB devices (fans, LED strips) to the integrated ARGB connector hub. This hub allows for synchronized lighting effects via GIGABYTE RGB Fusion software. Refer to your motherboard manual for specific RGB header locations and software instructions.

5. Operation

5.1. Powering On

After all components are installed and cables connected, replace the side panels. Connect the power cable to your power supply and a wall outlet. Press the power button on the front I/O panel to start your system.

The case is designed for optimized airflow. Ensure all pre-installed fans are connected and functioning. Consider adding additional fans to available mounting points for enhanced cooling, especially for high-performance systems.

5.3. RGB Control

Control the RGB lighting of connected devices through GIGABYTE's RGB Fusion software. This software allows customization of colors, patterns, and synchronization across compatible components.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning the Case

  • Exterior: Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior surfaces. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Tempered Glass Panels: Clean with a glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the glass; apply it to the cloth first.
  • Dust Filters: Regularly remove and clean the dust filters (if applicable) to maintain optimal airflow and prevent dust buildup inside the case.

6.2. Fan Maintenance

Periodically check fans for dust accumulation. Use compressed air to gently clean fan blades and heatsinks. Ensure fans are free from obstructions for efficient cooling.

7. Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Ensure the power supply is properly connected to the wall outlet and the motherboard. Check all internal power connections.
  • Fans Not Spinning: Verify fan cables are securely connected to the motherboard or fan hub. Check BIOS settings for fan control.
  • RGB Lights Not Working: Confirm ARGB devices are correctly connected to the ARGB hub and the hub is powered. Ensure RGB Fusion software is installed and configured.
  • Overheating: Check fan orientation for proper airflow. Clean dust filters and fan blades. Ensure CPU and GPU coolers are properly seated.
