  1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base until they click securely into place.
  2. Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base.

  7. Install Headrest: Slide the headrest into the slots at the top of the backrest until it locks into position.
  8. Final Check: Verify that all screws are tightened and the chair is stable before use.

5. Operating Instructions

Your TRALT Ergonomic Office Chair offers several adjustment features to customize your seating experience for optimal comfort and support.

5.1. Seat Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located under the right side of the seat upwards. While holding the lever, stand up to raise the seat or remain seated and apply pressure to lower it. Release the lever to lock the height.

5.2. Backrest Recline (90-120°)

The chair allows for a recline range of 90 to 120 degrees. To recline, lean back gently. The chair will follow your movement. To lock the backrest in an upright position, ensure the recline tension knob (see 5.5) is tightened.

5.3. Adaptable Lumbar Support

The lumbar support is designed to adapt to your lower back curve. You can adjust its position and depth using the knob located on the side of the backrest. Rotate the knob to increase or decrease the lumbar support pressure.

5.4. Flip-up Armrests

The armrests can be flipped up by 90 degrees to save space or allow closer access to your desk. Simply lift the armrests upwards until they lock into the vertical position. To return them to the horizontal position, pull them down.

5.5. Recline Tension Adjustment

The tension of the seat back's recline can be adjusted using the large knob located underneath the seat mechanism. Turn the knob clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to recline) or counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline).

5.6. 360° Swivel and Mobility

The chair features a 360° swivel base for easy rotation. The silent rolling casters allow for smooth movement across hard floors without causing damage or noise.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will help prolong the life and appearance of your TRALT Office Chair.

  • Cleaning: For mesh and fabric surfaces, use a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For the base and plastic parts, wipe with a damp cloth.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
  • Casters: Keep casters free of hair and debris to ensure smooth rolling.
  • Gas Lift: Do not attempt to disassemble the gas lift cylinder.
