7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your monitor, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No image on screen / "No Signal" message | Loose cable connection, incorrect input source, device not powered on. | Check all cable connections (power, video). Ensure the connected device is powered on. Select the correct input source using the remote or monitor buttons. |
| Image is distorted or unclear | Incorrect resolution, faulty cable, display settings. | Set your device's resolution to 1440x900. Try a different video cable. Adjust brightness, contrast, and color settings in the OSD menu. |
| Monitor stand is wobbly | Stand not securely assembled or inherent design. | Ensure all stand components are tightly secured. Consider using a VESA-compatible monitor arm or wall mount for increased stability. |
| No sound from speakers | Volume too low, audio cable not connected (for AV/VGA), muted. | Increase monitor volume via OSD or remote. Ensure audio cables are correctly connected for AV/VGA inputs. Check if the monitor or source device is muted. |
