5. Setup

5.1 Attaching/Detaching the Battery

1. To attach: Align the battery pack with the base of the polisher and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
2. To detach: Press the battery release button (usually located on the side of the battery) and slide the battery pack out.

5.2 Attaching/Changing Polishing Pads

1. Ensure the polisher is off and the battery is removed.
2. The polisher uses a hook-and-loop (Velcro) backing plate. Simply align the desired polishing pad (wavy, flat, or wool) with the backing plate and press firmly to secure it.
